A Cornea and Refractive Surgery Fellowship offers ophthalmologists specialized training in the diagnosis, management, and surgical treatment of corneal and external eye diseases, as well as the correction of refractive errors. This program prepares ophthalmologists to become highly skilled and knowledgeable experts in this subspecialty.
Key Focus Areas of the Fellowship:
Comprehensive Knowledge: Fellows gain a deep understanding of corneal anatomy, physiology, and pathology, as well as the principles of refractive surgery.
Surgical Expertise: The program provides extensive opportunities to observe and learn various surgical techniques, including:
LASIK (Laser-Assisted In Situ Keratomileusis)
PRK (Photorefractive Keratectomy)
Corneal transplantation
Other advanced procedures
Disease Management: Fellows develop expertise in the assessment and treatment of complex corneal diseases, such as:
Keratoconus
Fuchs' dystrophy
Corneal infections
Clinical Exposure: Fellows gain valuable clinical experience through direct observation of experienced cornea and refractive surgeons in various settings, including clinics and operating rooms.

Develop Expert Cornea and Refractive Surgeons: Cultivate highly skilled and knowledgeable ophthalmologists specializing in the diagnosis, management, and surgical treatment of corneal and external eye diseases, as well as refractive surgery.
Improve Patient Outcomes: Equip fellows with the skills and knowledge to achieve optimal visual outcomes and improve the quality of life for patients with corneal and refractive conditions.
This intensive fellowship provides ophthalmologists with the advanced training and expertise they need to excel in the field of cornea and refractive surgery.
General information:
The training will be in English.
The price includes transportation between Airport-Hotel-Airport.
The price includes accommodation and 2 Meals per working day (Breakfast in the hotel and lunch in the hospital).
The accommodation will be at walking distance from the hospital.

1) CV.
2) University Diploma .
3) Speciality Diploma (Resident doctors can apply also ).
4) Any other international Exams
